We offer a list of secretarial services, available for UK-based companies. We understand that every business is different, and will need different solutions to help it grow. Instead of bundling all our services into one package, we offer stand-alone products and services so that you can select exactly what you really need for your company.
When you appoint us as your company secretary, you can rest assured that your company is in good hands. We will look after compliance issues, ensure that your company remains in ‘good standing’ with Companies House, maintain the statutory register, and complete and file the annual return on behalf of the company.
This service is particularly valuable for people if you live outside of Britain and want a signatory within the UK, if you are unfamiliar with UK legal requirements or terminology, or even if you just don’t like completing forms. Our company secretary service provides you with peace of mind that your records, register and annual return are all up to date, leaving you to run your business without the hassle of extra paperwork.
The service fee is £178 per year.
Bound Company Register
Every company is obliged to maintain a register of officers, members and minutes. Our Company Register book helps you keep an organised and up-to-date record of all the legally required information about your company. The Company Register book makes this simple by separating the information into sections and supplying example pages to illustrate how to make your entries. It also supplies you with four additional share certificates.
Having a clear and organised company register book will not only make inspections by authorities simple and stress-free but could also provide a clear and concise record, which could help reduce the hassle of completing your annual return.
The personalised bound company register costs £36.
Certificate of Good Standing
A Certificate of Good Standing proves that your company is professional and organised. The Certificate is issued by Companies House to companies which have filed all the necessary documents and forms in order to meet statutory disclosure requirements. It shows the company’s name and incorporation number but can also show the names of the registered directors and shareholders if requested. It is normally valid for 3 months.
The service fee is £36, including normal postal charges.
An apostille is an internationally recognised stamp which verifies the authenticity of documents. If you need to produce official company documents for banks or authorities outside the UK, you will need an apostille to prove their authenticity.
This is an important product for any company looking to operate outside the UK or open a bank account overseas, as you will probably need an apostille as proof that your documents are valid.
The service fee to apostille a set of your company’s documents is £249, including normal postal charges.
